Strong crowds were seen at local football over the weekend, with Renmark starting their 2025 season with a big win .
Despite conceding the first three goals, Renmark were a step above Loxton North on Saturday, seeing the final scoreboard reading Renmark 20.9-129 to Loxton North 7.8-50.
Barmera-Monash got the win over Berri 15.14-104 to Berri 7.2-44, while at Waikerie the home side held off a late charge from Loxton.
