A number of powerboat racers will be doing their final checks today, ahead of the two day Riverland Powerboat Club race meeting this weekend.
Five boats have entered in the unlimited class, while entries through other classes are also strong, seeing near on 30 nominations.
For this year, Racing will be held at the Berri Water Ski Club site at Berri’s Martin’s Bend.

A club spokesperson said they had made the call to give back to the community this weekend, with entry just a gold coin donation.
Racing is due to get underway Saturday afternoon, with further racing to be held on Sunday.
