A parcel of land with development potential has been listed for sale in Berri, with some saying it could help address the regions critical housing shortages.
The just over 3ha section of land not far from the Berri Golf Course could potentially be turned into 30 house blocks.
Just recently, Berri was one SA town listed with having very few building approvals in recent years. Adding to this, Berri’s last major development took place now over a decade ago in 2010.
