A Riverland man is due to face court today, following an alleged assault in Barmera which saw two men needing treatment in hospital.
Police say around 11.55pm, Saturday the 18th of January, Police and ambulance crews were called to a service station car park in Barmera, following reports that a man had assaulted two other men using a pair of scissors.
The victims received minor wounds and were taken to hospital for treatment.
A short time later a 35-year-old Barmera man was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault causing serious harm.
He’s been refused Police bail and is expected to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court today (20/1/25).
