Overcoming workforce shortages, together with creating a new rural led midwifery model of care has seen the local health network be celebrated.
The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) picked up the ‘excellence in practice’ award at the recent SA Nursing and Midwifery awards.
Health Minister, Chris Picton said Nurses and midwives go above and beyond in their dedication to caring for patients, their families and their communities, delivering outstanding care to all South Australians.
