The official Fire Danger Season is now in place for the Riverland, seeing a number of activities now prohibited.

This week the CFS launched their Be Bushfire Ready campaign, with the key message being all South Australians needing to take steps and prepare.

CFS Chief Officer, Brett Loughlin said “Whether you live, work, or travel through a bushfire risk area, it is critical that all South Australians are prepared for the upcoming Fire Danger Season and know what to do if a bushfire starts near them,”
