The Riverland is on track to be one of the hottest parts of the state today.
The Bureau have forecast Renmark to hit 45 degrees today, following the temperature overnight only dropping to 26.2 degrees at 6am.
Today’s forecast falls short of the December Renmark record, that was set on a day in 2019 at 48.6 degrees.

A cool change is expected to hit the Riverland after 8pm this evening.
