Firefighters have continued their work to contain fires at Katarapko Island, around 10KM south of Berri.
Fire crews first responded to the fire Saturday evening, with the CFS saying the fires do not currently pose a threat to the community, however, smoke will be visible for some distance.
Locals are asked stay informed and be aware of the health impacts of smoke on yourself and others.

Meanwhile Police investigations are set to continue, following the arrest of a 48-year-old Riverland man Sunday for allegedly lighting several bushfires in the Riverland.
