Fresh data has revealed the number of new building approvals in the Riverland has eased.
ABS data released recently shows just four approvals for the Riverland were made in November 2024.
Two of these were in the Loxton-Waikerie LGA, with the other two being in the Renmark-Paringa LGA, this compares to November 2023 which saw the Riverland have a total of 10 approvals.

For SA, November 2024 marked a 2.2% increase on the previous month.
