Three men have been arrested, after a stolen car was tracked from Adelaide to Renmark.
Just after 5pm yesterday, police were called to a Craigmore address after reports a man had been assaulted by four men and had his grey Nissan X-trail stolen.
A short time later that car was seen in Elizabeth Downs, when the occupants then got into into a Volkswagen Golf.
The VW Golf was then seen travelling east on the Sturt Highway toward Renmark, with descriptions matching a car that was reported stolen in October.
Police then swooped when the car pulled into a fast-food restaurant on Renmark Avenue and arrested the three occupants, aged between 18 & 20 and all from Mildura.
The 20-year-old and 18-year-old have been charged with aggravated robbery. The 19-year-old was charged with theft.
The 20-year-old and 18-year-old were refused bail and will appear in the Berri Magistrates Court, while the 19-year-old was bailed to appear early next year.
