New figures reveal Famland values across South Australia continue to grow, last year increasing 23% on the median price to sit $7,300 per hectare.
This was driven by high values in some parts of the state, with prices around the Riverland & Mallee being lower than the median by some way.
Nationally, a total of 8.8 million hectares of farmland was traded across the country with a combined value of $11.7 billion.
